Dear Colleague

Becoming overwhelmed by stress can lead to mental health problems, or make existing problems worse.  The elearning team have been exploring a number of Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) to help reduce stress and would like to promote two courses which we have found extremely interesting and beneficial.  


Positive Psychology – Resilience Skills by Coursera   

Mindfulness for Wellbeing and Peak Performance by FutureLearn 


We have produced handy help guides to ensure you access these courses for free.

To access these help guides, login in to Qlearn and click the drop down arrow beside Find Learning, select Technology from the course categories and from the list you will see a course titled Quarriers Handy help Guides.
